15-Day Internet Return Policy The Jewelry Exchange is committed to complete customer satisfaction. The Jewelry Exchange takes pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise manufactured in our state of the art factory, and we are confident that you will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your purchase made online or over the telephone for any reason at all; the Jewelry Exchange will refund the item/items within 15 days, or exchange any item within 30 days from the original purchase date. A 25% re-stocking fee applies to any resized or customized item; including, but not limited to conversion of earring posts from standard – friction backs to screw-backs. Freight will be deducted from amount of refund. • Please ensure that the contents of the package are in their original condition and secure within the box. For your security, do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box. Do not forget to include the diamond certificate, if appropriate; a $100 fee applies to any missing certificate. • Return the package to us by registered mail. We recommend insuring the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. The Jewelry Exchange is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. • Please mail the package to the address below and confirm that your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package.
