Who is The Jewelry Exchange?

Goldenwest Diamond Corporation, better known as The Jewelry Exchange®, Jewelry Factory® and Jewelry Source®; is one of the largest direct diamond importers in the U.S. and is the largest worldwide customer of two of only five super site holders in the world. Because of this, we have first access to hard-to-find diamonds and import them at lower prices than most of our competitors. Do you make custom jewelry?

We have a big selection of specially made jewelry including one of a kind items that may satisfy your taste, but we do not take orders to make custom jewelry.

Do you have multiple locations?

We operate 16 factory superstores with one in just about every major U.S. city. Our diamonds are imported direct from site holders and over 90% of our jewelry is manufactured in our state-of-the-art factories. Our superstores have 15 to 30 times the sales volume of a typical jewelry store allowing us to work on lower margins (50% lower in most cases). Combined with our savings from importing direct and manufacturing direct, you can see why we have the best deals.

What kind of payments do you accept?

You may pay for your order with a Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express card. We also accept cash, personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, certified bank checks, or wire transfers. For your convenience, we offer a line of credit for in-store purchases only through reputable financing companies. Do you have a layaway plan?

Yes. We offer a six month 25% down layaway program. If no payment is received after 90 days your layaway is canceled and any payments received will be returned to you as a store credit, which you can use at any of our stores. Do you ship orders outside the United States?

At the present time we only ship orders within the United States.

How do you ship orders?

All orders are shipped USPS and FedEx. Delivery time for USPS is usually 5 business days from the time your package leaves our warehouse. For a FedEx overnight delivery is the next business day (depending on item availability). Please allow 2 business days for requested item alterations such as, screw backs, ring sizing etc. We are sorry, but shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.

What is your refund policy?

For Internet Purchases:
The Jewelry Exchange is committed to complete customer satisfaction. We take pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise manufactured in our state-of-the-art factory and are confident that you will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your purchase made online or over the phone, for any reason at all, The Jewelry Exchange will refund your item(s) as long as the package is post marked by the 15th day from you receiving the item(s). Exchanges will be processed as long as the item(s) are post marked within 30 days from the date received. All exchanges and upgrades are final. A Restocking Fee applies to all custom built items, the restocking fee is 25% of the total invoiced amount or the total cost of labor and materials for setting, sizing will be deducted from the refund amount. Freight and labor charges will not be refunded. Labor charges include but are not limited to: setting of a diamond or gemstone, ring sizing or the conversion of earring posts from standard friction backs to screw backs. Please ensure that the contents of the package are in their original condition and secure within the Jewelry Exchange box. For security reasons, do not indicate the contents on the exterior of the package. Do not forget to include the diamond certificate, if applicable: a $100 fee applies to any missing diamond certificate. We recommend the package be returned to us by registered mail insured for the amount of the item(s).

The Jewelry Exchange will process your return upon receipt of the package. Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Upon receipt, we must confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 15 day return or 30 day exchange period.

For In-Store Purchases:
NO REFUNDS - 30 DAY EXCHANGES ONLY All returned checks are subject to a $10.00 service fee. All exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Loose diamond exchange policy: After the 30 day exchange period, loose diamonds, only, may be exchanged for 80% of the original purchase price, provided that are returned undamaged. When will I receive my order?

Jewelry Exchange makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Items shipped via USPS Ground generally take 5 to 7 business days to be delivered. Please ask our Customer Service Representatives about shipping details when placing your order over the phone.

Can I purchase gift certificates from the Jewelry Exchange?

Yes. The Jewelry Exchange offers gift certificates and Gift Cards at all our store locations and by phone.
